A dermatology practice has signed a new long-term lease at a nearly 140,000-square-foot office building in Ramsey, brokers with JLL announced Thursday.
The tenant, Skin and Laser Center of NJ, is relocating from Mahwah after inking the 7,000-square-foot transaction with Highstone Equities Group. It will occupy space on the third floor of the Office Center at Ramsey, which sits just east of Route 17 at 500 North Franklin Turnpike.
JLL Executive Managing Director Frank Recine and Derek DeMartino, a senior vice president with the firm, represented ownership in the 10-year lease. NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the tenant, which specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
“This transaction demonstrates the enduring appeal of this highly accessible location within an affluent Bergen County community,” Recine said. “The property’s market-leading amenities, modern interiors and exposed common outdoor courtyard make it an ideal location for companies as they rebound to meet demand following the pandemic.”
In a news release, JLL noted that the Office Center at Ramsey occupies 8.6 acres and provides quick access to Route 17, Interstate 287 and the Garden State Parkway. Features include a courtyard, a café and covered executive parking, which serves a mix of medical and business tenants.
