JLL has taken over leasing at a well-known, 415,000-square-foot office complex along Route 46.
The firm announced Thursday that it will serve as the exclusive agent for the property, Overlook Corporate Center at 150 Clove Road in Little Falls, after being selected by owner Theta Holding Company L.P. With the new assignment, brokers touted Overlook’s recent renovations, sweeping views atop Great Notch Hill and easy access to New York City and major highways.
The JLL leasing team includes Frank D. Recine, executive managing director; Derek DeMartino, senior vice president; and Nicolas DeCotiis, associate. They will work closely with Andrew Teo and Marilyn Seto with Theta Holding.
“Overlook Corporate Center has recently undergone a multimillion dollar capital improvement upgrade, further cementing its status as a world-class facility that is not typical of a suburban New Jersey office complex,” Recine said in a prepared statement. “The building offers spaces with fantastic views that are coupled with an abundant mix of new and updated amenities such as a state-of-the-art gym, conferencing facility, food service, a concierge and casual huddle spaces for tenants.
“Ownership’s vision was to provide tenants with a work-life balance at a superior location for both commuting and access to the area’s numerous offerings.”
The campus includes 415,000 square feet of office space in two connected towers, an 11-story main tower and a three-story convention center. The property is located on Route 46 at Clove Road, providing easy access to Route 3, the Garden State Parkway, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 80.
JLL also touted the complex’s proximity to the Montclair State University train station, which is within walking distance, along with free shuttle service for tenants. Other features include exterior terraces, abundant covered parking, Wi-Fi access and on-site ownership and management.
Overlook’s main tower can accommodate both large and small tenants, JLL said, pointing to floor plates of more than 51,000 square feet.
