The owner of a four-building, 270,000-square-foot office complex on a well-known stretch of Englewood Cliffs has hired JLL as its leasing agent.
The real estate services firm said it will represent the landlord, Andalex, in leasing and marketing what’s known as Sylvan Corporate Center, which includes 910, 920, 930 and 940 Sylvan Ave. In announcing the assignment, JLL touted a rare availability in an area that is home to several high-profile corporate tenants.
“Sylvan Corporate Center offers the highest-quality multitenant office space along Englewood Cliffs’ famous ‘Trillion Dollar Mile,’ ” said Frank Recine, executive managing director with JLL. “The area is home to the world headquarters of a number of large, multinational corporations.
“This is the first time in more than 10 years that a block of contiguous office space this large has been available in one of the state’s most highly sought-after submarkets.”

Recine will oversee the assignment alongside JLL Associate Nicholas DeCotiss. The firm noted that Andalex has launched a multimillion-dollar renovation plan to enhance Sylvan Corporate Center. The complex includes 910 and 920 Sylvan, which were built in 1988, while 930 and 940 were completed in 2007.
The four buildings on the campus are all linked by a central lobby, JLL said. The complex includes on-site food service, covered parking and on-site management, as well as state-of-the art telecommunications and infrastructure.
JLL also touted the campus’ location directly off the Palisades Parkways and three miles north of the George Washington Bridge, along with its proximity to Interstate 80, the New Jersey Turnpike and several other highways.
Recent tenants at Sylvan Corporate Center include Onex Credit Partners, Barnet Products, WENESCO Inc. and Katz & Associates.
