The new owners of two high-end office buildings at the Morris Corporate Center campus in Parsippany have tapped Newmark Knight Frank to oversee leasing at the properties.
In a news release, NKF said it was named exclusive leasing agent by Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners, which acquired the buildings in two recent high-profile transactions. The brokerage team will market the twin buildings at 369, 379, 389 and 399 Interpace Pkwy., which total nearly 700,000 square feet and can handle a requirement of more than 500,000 square feet.
The NKF team includes Vice Chairman David Simson, Senior Managing Director Jamie Drummond and Associate Director Andrew Perrotti.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the new owners on this exciting project, which is sure to redefine the Parsippany submarket and (northern New Jersey) office market overall,” Drummond said. “These owners have an incredible track record of delivering amenity-rich, modern campuses that revamp the suburban office by investing in the tenant experience.”
The property comprises two symmetrical five-story buildings designed by HLW Architects, including vast atrium lobbies, high-end finishes, recently upgraded cafes and fitness centers, NKF said. The campus also features a central outdoor patio area and structured parking.
The new owners have announced plans to reposition the property with new amenities and additional parking.
