A new board is at the helm of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association after being inducted during the group’s annual golf, tennis and pickleball outing in mid-June.
The new leadership team includes Kurt Kalafsky of the Aztec Corp. as its president, along with Lorenzo Lambiase of NAI James E. Hanson as vice president, Bree Marchanda of CRE Solutions LLC as secretary and James McGuckin of Marcus & Millichap as treasurer. They’ll lead the 97-year-old organization and its more than 200 members for a 12-month term.
“Our annual golf outing is an all-day event where our members meet to enjoy a relaxing day of golf, tennis and networking, and this year we added pickleball,” Kalafsky said. “I am pleased to be able to serve as president of one of the best and strongest commercial real estate organizations in the area. We have a great team of board officers that are dedicated to creating opportunities for members. We have many plans for the upcoming year that include new networking events and opportunities for educational programming.”
This year’s IOREBA golf, tennis and pickleball outing took place June 17 at the Morris County Country Club in Morristown, according to a news release. Following the sporting events were putting contests, a networking and dinner reception, awards, a 50/50 drawing and a raffle giveaway.
