Development firm Accurate has nearly filled its new 185-unit luxury apartment property in downtown Little Falls and minutes from the township’s NJ Transit station.
The company announced Monday that Citizen Little Falls, a collection of one- and two-bedroom homes at 405 Main St., is now more than 90 percent leased. The milestone follows the arrival of the complex’s first residents last summer, as Accurate continues to build out its multifamily portfolio across the state and the region.
“We are proud that Citizen Little Falls has reached the 90 percent leased mark and continues to receive positive feedback from renters,” Accurate CEO and President Jack Klugmann said. “Citizen Little Falls provides an attractive residential option in a well-located downtown that is gaining popularity with new residents, new businesses and new visitors. It is exciting to be a part of it all and we look forward to offering the experience to even more renters as we move toward a full lease-up.”
Monthly rental rates at the property start from the $2,600s, Accurate said, touting it as a strong value to neighboring Montclair while still providing high-end amenities. They include landscaped outdoor courtyards and green spaces, a modern fitness center, a business center with free WiFi, an expansive lobby lounge with seating areas and a pet wash and spa.
With architecture by Lessard Design and interiors by HH Designers, the property also offers the downtown experience thanks to Little Falls’ roster of shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, service businesses, parks and mass transit. Accurate noted that the southern Passaic County municipality is in the middle of a major effort to energize its downtown core through new housing stock, new businesses and transit-friendly features, capitalizing on the demand for new investment opportunities in central business districts.
Renters also have quick access to Route 46 and other major highways and are less than two miles from the Willowbrook Mall and ShopRite, while NJ Transit’s Montclair-Boonton line provides an easy trip to Manhattan and Hoboken.
