KBS Realty Advisors has signed leases totaling nearly 30,000 square feet at its six-building, 632,000-square-foot office campus along Route 1 in Woodbridge, the company announced.
The deals at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza include a 4,055-square-foot renewal with Biocon Limited, India’s largest pharmaceutical company, KBS said in a news release. TJX Cos. and Homegoods Inc., meantime, have extended their leases for a total of 8,627 square feet.
Financial services companies, Schultheis & Panettieri LLC, SD Capital Funding Corp. and McAdam LLC have signed new leases at the property totaling 9,496 square feet.
Located in Woodbridge’s Iselin section, Woodbridge Corporate Plaza sits at the intersection of Route 1 and the Garden State Parkway. KBS touted recent updates to the campus including new roofs and HVAC units, along with free shuttle services between the property and the Metropark train station.
“In combination with its vast amenities, Woodbridge Corporate Plaza’s ideal location has maintained its appeal to tenants in the area,” Stephen Close, senior vice president at KBS and asset manager for the property, said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to extending our relationship with Biocon Limited, HomeGoods Inc., and TJX Companies Inc., while welcoming and supporting our new tenants, Schultheis & Panettieri LLC, SD Capital Funding Corp, and McAdam LLC.”
Josh Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield represented Homegoods Inc. and TJX Companies Inc., while Kelsey Nakamura represented Schultheis & Panettieri and Matthew Wassel of CBRE represented SD Capital Funding Corp. The news release also said Ronald Volk of CBRE represented McAdam LLC.
