The owner of a Cherry Hill office building has landed its third new tenant in the past six months with the signing of a 3,310-square-foot lease, according to brokers with NAI Mertz.
The real estate services firm, which represents landlord 1930 NMT Owner LLC, completed the deal at Two Executive Campus with Arctic Cold Caps. The tenant is a company that designs cold caps, a therapy used to prevent hair loss for patients undergoing chemotherapy.
NAI Mertz Vice President Rebecca Ting and Sales Associate Julie Kronfeld handled the assignment at the 101,591-square-foot office building on Route 70.
“We were extremely humbled to bring this company to Cherry Hill, and to recognize that more people dealing with the side effects of chemotherapy are using and benefiting from this innovative product,” Ting said.
The deal at Two Executive Campus follows two leases brokered in the fourth quarter of 2016 by Ting and Kronfeld. They include a 13,923-square-foot lease on behalf of an undisclosed tenant and a 15,127-square-foot lease for Newspaper Media Group LLC, which was recognized as one of the largest office leases completed in southern New Jersey last year.
Since 2013, Ting and Kronfeld, along with Fred Meyer, NAI Mertz’s vice president of corporate services, have served as exclusive leasing agents for Two Executive Campus. The four-story, Class A office building was recently renovated to feature a new lobby with a polished granite floor. The campus sits five miles from Center City Philadelphia with immediate access to Routes 38 and 70 and in close proximity to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
