PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

KEA is proud to be a part of the team of many KRE Group projects, including 808 Pavonia Ave., an ambitious 2-tower development coming to Jersey City, and 351 Marin Blvd., also located in Jersey City.

Construction wrapped up at the end of 2021 on 351 Marin Blvd. This impressive 38-story tower yielded 507 rental apartments, including studio, one- and two-bedroom units. 351 Marin Blvd. features a host of luxury amenities and branding includes the phrase “Impressive from Every Angle,” likely a play on the building’s uniquely cut shape. From a distance, the tower can be distinguished by its trapezoidal crown. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering design was completed by KEA Engineers.
