PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
One project that we are thrilled to witness come to life in 2021, is 88 Regent Street in Jersey City. We worked with noted architect Marchetto Higgins Stieve to design the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for this high-rise building. 88 Regent is a 32-story mixed-use residential building, offering 392 rental apartments, more than 9,000 SF of retail space and 5,500 SF of commercial office space. The high-rise also features a multi-level garage offering 305 much-needed parking spaces. KEA is no stranger to high-rise design, but 88 Regent is memorable because it utilizes enhanced ventilation throughout the building to address post COVID-19 concerns.
