A supply company is relocating within Carlstadt as part of a newly signed 11,000-square-foot warehouse lease with landlord Key Properties LLC.
The firm, Sunrise Supply, will take up space in Key’s 11,000-square-foot building at 150 Commerce Road, the owner said in a news release. It becomes the latest tenant at the 30,000-square-foot building, which is minutes from Route 17 and offers access to the New Jersey Turnpike and other major highways.
Alan Frankel and Ron Schechter from Team Resources served as tenant brokers in the transaction.
“The old real-estate adage ‘location, location, location’ rings true when it comes to New Jersey’s warehouse market,” Key Properties’ Jonathan Schlussel said in a prepared statement. “150 Commerce Road’s prime location and ease of access made it particularly attractive to Sunrise Supply, and we appreciate the opportunity to meet the company’s facility requirements.”
Key Properties, which is based in Teaneck, said the property sits less than 30 minutes from New York City and Port Newark-Elizabeth. Tenants can also access NJ Transit bus service within two blocks of the site, along with easy access to the Secaucus Junction rail hub and Newark Liberty International and Teterboro airports.
