The owner of a 100-unit townhome complex in Bridgewater is seeking a buyer for the property, in a newly announced offering by The Kislak Co. Inc.
Known as Bridgewater Square, the community at 100 Bellis Court has a listing price of $38 million, according to a news release. Kislak Senior Vice President Daniel Lanni is leading the assignment on behalf of an undisclosed seller, noting that “100 units in a strong market like Bridgewater rarely comes to market.”
“This 2012, well-built asset is consistently at full occupancy and offers a buyer significant rental upside with no rent control,” Lanni said.
Located just west of Route 202/206, Bridgewater Square is a collection of luxury two-bedroom homes around a central courtyard. The 10-acre property comprises three buildings with brick and clapboard architecture, with on-site parking, a clubhouse, a fitness center and other amenities.
Kislak added that each unit has a kitchen with a granite countertop, tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer/dryers. Residents, meantime, are minutes from highways such as interstates 287 and 78 and Route 22 and shopping and dining options at Bridgewater Commons.
