The developer of a new eight-unit luxury apartment building in Hackensack has sold the property for $3.3 million, in a newly announced deal by The Kislak Co. Inc.
Known as The Overlook, the building at 140 Overlook Drive is a cascading, three-story structure with one- and two-bedroom units, according to a news release. An undisclosed buyer acquired the building, which benefits from a location near Route 17 and Interstate 80.
Kislak Senior Vice President Daniel Lanni represented the seller.
“We represented the builder of this new construction apartment building exclusively and quickly procured a strong buyer who closed all cash in 30 days,” he said. “The building was 100 percent occupied with all collections current at the time of sale.”
Kislak announced the deal Thursday, touting features such as upscale interiors and large, private outdoor patios in most units, along with available private garages and storage space. The property is seven miles from the George Washington Bridge and minutes from the region’s vast retail and recreation offerings.
