An automotive detailer and storage business has leased 10,000 square feet at a Flemington warehouse, in the largest of several newly announced deals by The Kislak Co. Inc.
The tenant, Carbonite Automotive, is taking space at 11 Minneakoning Road, which sits about two miles north of Route 202 in the Hunterdon County seat. Kislak touted the transaction on Friday alongside leases at five other properties, including:
- The Arbors at Parsippany at 5 Sylvan Way in Parsippany, where Mack-Cali Realty Corp. leased 4,354 square feet to biopharma company Cerapedics
- Speedway Plaza, a strip center at 40 Route 31 in Flemington, where Divs Food Inc. is taking 2,800 square feet
- Sportsmans Plaza at 174 Route 31 in Flemington, where First Choice Aquatics is leasing 1,656 square feet
- The Essex Building at 4 Essex Ave. in Bernardsville, where an undisclosed law firm leased 7,000 square feet.
The Woodbridge-based firm also announced that Wisniewski procured several warehouse and office tenants totaling 26,318 square feet at Campus 130, an 85,000-square-foot, four-building complex in Cranbury. The property, which includes flex/warehouse, hi-tech and office space, sits just south of Forsgate Drive about a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike’s Exit 8A
“In spite of the softer commercial real estate market as a result of COVID-19, we identified these tenants as in demand and were able to complete leases for them,” said Peter Wisniewski, an executive vice president with Kislak.
