The Kislak Co. Inc. has completed three new deals in Central Pennsylvania, arranging the sale of 78 apartments for a combined $8.2 million.
The transactions by the Woodbridge-based firm include the trade of Twin Pines, a 34-unit garden-style property at 4341 Carlisle Pike in Camp Hill, for $3.85 million. It also brokered the sale of a two-story, 23-unit building at 403 South Baltimore St. in Dillsburg for $2.15 million and the $2.2 million swap of Parktowne Apartments, a 21-unit complex at 3800 Elmerton Avenue and 1100 Morton Drive in Harrisburg.
Kislak Senior Vice President Matt Wolf represented the sellers and procured the buyers in each deal. The names of the parties were not disclosed.
“The Harrisburg rental market and surrounding areas have been very strong in terms of rent growth, making it very attractive for investors across the Mid-Atlantic,” Wolf said.
