The owner of a 183,000-square-foot office building along the Delaware River in Pennsylvania has tapped The Kislak Co. Inc. to sell the property.
Barry Waisbrod, an executive vice president with the brokerage firm, is spearheading the assignment at 1414 Radcliffe St. in Bristol, touting its location just a mile and a half from the Pennsylvania Turnpike and less than three miles from Interstate 95. The three-story building is also anchored by longstanding tenants such as the renowned Lenox Corp., the historic manufacturer of American-made fine china.
Kislak added that the building, which has clear views of the Delaware River, has a host of on-site amenities such as walking trails, a fitness center and a full-service cafe. A strong local employment base also supports the property’s tenants.
“Kislak is proud to have been entrusted again with this assignment,” Waisbrod said. “We originally sold the property to the owner, a longtime client who has consistently maintained strong occupancy at the property with quality tenants. We look forward to continuing our relationship as the exclusive broker for the next sale.”
