The Kislak Co. Inc. has announced two promotions on its marketing and brokerage teams.

In a news release, the Woodbridge-based firm said it has elevated Demaris Liquori to director of marketing, citing her role in planning, developing and implementing its branding and public relations initiatives. Andrew Scheinerman, meantime, is now a senior vice president, which comes amid a year in which he has brokered sales totaling more than $100 million through midyear.
Kislak announced both promotions recently during its annual summer outing, which was held this year at the Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton.
“These promotions are extremely well-earned and well-deserved,” said Jason Pucci, the firm’s CEO. “Demaris and Andrew contribute greatly to our firm’s success. They bring a unique skill set and successful approach to our business with Demaris successfully leading all of our marketing efforts and Andrew as a dominant investment sales and multifamily specialist in his market. I thank and congratulate them for their dedicated work and numerous accomplishments.”

Liquori joined Kislak in 2006 and most recently was the firm’s marketing manager, according to a news release. She leads its marketing and research teams, while overseeing the marketing technology used to enable the company’s salespeople and leasing agents to efficiently market, sell and lease properties for clients, holding a bachelor’s in psychology and linguistics from Rutgers University’s School of Arts and Sciences and an MBA in marketing and management from Rutgers Business School.
Scheinerman joined Kislak in 2011 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout northern New Jersey, the news release said. He received Kislak’s 2011 Rookie of the Year award and was promoted to vice president in 2017.
His banner year to date includes two marquee luxury multifamily deals in Hackensack, the $38.5 million trade of a new 88-unit building at 22 Sussex St. and the $36 million sale of the VUE Hackensack, a 78-unit building at 295 Polifly Road. Additional transactions include the $22.5 million sale of Bella at Bergenfield, a new 62-unit luxury building in Bergenfield, and the $8.44 million trade of a three-property multifamily portfolio in North Arlington.
Scheinerman earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Townson University and an MBA in real estate and finance from New York University. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.
