Kokes Properties has announced the hiring of a new construction manager to support its growing project pipeline.
In his new role, Hunter Golightly will oversee daily construction activities for the firm’s New Jersey-based projects, including its flagship asset known as The Mill at Riverside. He joins the Brielle-based developer with experience that includes time as a customer care representative with Toll Bros., where he handled warranty and customer service for the highest-volume community in the country, while honing his management and organization skills.
Golightly also spent several years in energy consulting, learning the newest methods of green building and sustainability, including working on projects seeking both Energy Star and LEED certifications, according to a news release. He will help bring additional green building techniques to Kokes Properties’ development pipeline.
“I am excited to add Hunter to the team to assist us with our in-house construction management,” said Matt Stephens, the firm’s vice president of development and head of construction services. “We believe Hunter’s diverse background will prove to be invaluable to Kokes Properties as we continue to take on more projects.”
