Kushner Real Estate Group is set to unveil its latest development in Jersey City, a 507-unit luxury apartment tower in a growing downtown arts district.
The firm, which is based in the city, is eyeing an early fall launch for the 37-story building known as 351 Marin. It now hopes to lure renters to the collection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with a series of upscale amenities and a location near the Hudson River waterfront, dining and nightlife along Newark Avenue and a host of mass transit options.
The property also sits within what’s known as the Powerhouse Arts District.
KRE built 351 Marin in partnership with Northwestern Mutual. Designed by Hollwich Kushner and HLW Architects, the tower features high-end interiors and resident perks such as a lobby café, a community garden, an outdoor pool with lounge seating and a fully equipped fitness center.
The developer, which manages Jersey City’s largest luxury rental portfolio, has tapped The Marketing Directors as the marketing and leasing agent for the building at 351 Marin Blvd.
Plans also call for KRE to complete a 4,500-square-foot public plaza.
