Kushner Real Estate Group and Russo Development have unveiled the final piece of a new 345-unit luxury apartment complex in Rockaway Township, the firms announced.
Known as Rock Pointe, the high-end property sits just off Interstate 80 and provides residents with a central 10,000 square-foot clubhouse. The developers have launched leasing at the last phase, which contains 78 homes, with initial occupancy slated for May.
Monthly rental rates start from $2,250 for one-bedroom units and $2,740 for two-bedroom apartments, with a current incentive of one month free on select two-bedrooms.

The milestone follows the joint venture’s fall 2020 groundbreaking for the project, designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, in a ridgetop setting just off Green Pond Road. The developers launched leasing just over a year later, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor amenities such as a high-end fitness center and yoga room, a resident lounge, a conference room and screening and gaming room, among others.
Outdoor spaces include a pool, a landscaped terrace and a central grilling area for larger events, with smaller stations for more intimate gatherings, according to a news release. Meantime, all residents have access to package lockers, individual mailboxes in each building, parking garages for each building and onsite EV car charging stations.
The pet-friendly community, which also offers a dog park and a dog wash station, is a new addition to KRE Group’s Garden Collection of luxury apartments. Rock Pointe benefits from a location with a long list of recreation and open space options, with access to several major highways and to NJ Transit’s Denville station.
