LA Fitness is expanding its footprint in northern New Jersey with a new location in Lodi, following a 45,000-square-foot lease arranged by The Goldstein Group.
The North American health club chain recently inked the commitment at Main Street and Church streets in the borough. The deal provides it with a new location just south of Route 46.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President, CJ Huter represented the landlord, KLS Lodi LLC, while Brian Schuster of Ripco represented the tenant.
“LA Fitness coming to Lodi is a welcome addition to the neighborhood and fills a much needed demand for a quality gym to serve the community,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, which is based in nearby Paramus.
LA Fitness has more than 800 facilities across the United States and Canada, the firm said. In Lodi, its neighboring tenants include Shop Rite, CVS, TD Bank and others.
