The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association has welcomed its new slate of board officers for the next 12 months.
The organization, which was founded nearly a century ago, gathered last week for its 56th annual golf, tennis and pickleball outing at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown. The June 16 event concluded with the official induction of its new board officers for the 2025-26 term, including Lorenzo Lambiase of NAI James E. Hanson was as president, Bree Manchanda of CRE Solutions LLC as vice president, James McGuckin of Marcus & Millichap as secretary and Josh Glussky of Sheldon Gross Realty as treasurer.
“Our annual golf outing continues to be a highlight for our membership — an opportunity to connect, reflect and look ahead,” Lambiase said. “I am honored to take on this leadership role from Kurt Kalafsky and look forward to working with our talented board to deliver valuable programs and events in the year ahead.”
IOREBA noted that the pickleball portion of last week’s event was cancelled due to inclement weather, but the program continued with a successful day of golf, tennis, dining and professional networking. Guests ended the day by gathering for the evening reception with a putting contest, cocktails and dinner, networking, an awards ceremony, a 50/50 drawing and raffle prizes.
The commercial real estate group, which was founded in 1927, is one of the oldest and largest regional associations of its kind in the country. It represents more than 200 professionals.
