The owner of a three-building, 173,000-square-foot office complex in Cherry Hill has picked Wolf Commercial Real Estate as the property’s leasing agent.
The brokerage firm will represent Golden Gate Management, which purchased the Colwick Business Center in 2019, in marketing space at the collection of single-story buildings. The complex at 53, 55 and 57 Haddonfield Road is home to tenants such as Virtua Health, Rutgers University and the State of New Jersey, with available spaces ranging from 2,500 to 29,475 square feet.
WCRE announced the assignment while touting features such as private 24/7 access to each office and ample parking. The firm added that the layouts will not only provide cost-savings but also help to ease the logistical and safety concerns of the pandemic.
Located near Haddonfield Road and Route 38, the Colwick Business Center is just west of the Cherry Hill Mall and surrounded by affluent residential communities, retail centers, hotels and other amenities. Also nearby is The Garden State Towne Center, which is home to Wegmans, Best Buy, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods and other major retailers.
