Langan Engineering & Environmental Services has announced 17 promotions across its U.S. footprint, including seven within its New Jersey offices.

The newly elevated professionals include Richard Burrow, who is now a managing principal. Based in Langan’s Parsippany headquarters, he leads the firm’s warehouse and distribution and e-commerce fulfillment center development practice, which has grown to nationwide coverage.
As a managing principal, Burrow joined Langan’s executive committee in January and is also responsible for the firm’s growing Denver office.

Langan’s newest principals include Christian Roche, who leads a land development engineering practice in the firm’s Lawrenceville office, and Satyajit “Seth” Vaidya, who specializes in foundation design and construction for high-rise buildings in New York City.
Among the firm’s new senior associates are General Counsel Scott Hillman and Shekhar Yadavalli, chief financial officer, both based in Parsippany. Meantime, Langan has promoted engineers John Coutinho and Joseph Yannucci to the associate level.

“Please join us in congratulating several of our executives on their promotions,” said David T. Gockel, Langan’s CEO and president. “We also want to thank you — our clients and industry partners — for giving them the opportunity to support your business and grow their careers.”
