A member of Larken Associates’ commercial leasing team has earned her New Jersey real estate broker’s license, the Branchburg-based firm announced this week.
According to a news release, the milestone for Susan Livingstone-Martinetti is the latest during her more than two decades with the company. It also comes after her promotion in July 2023 to the post of commercial leasing agent, following years with Larken’s residential team.
Since then, Livingstone-Martinetti has worked closely with executive vice presidents Rob Marek and Victor Kelly of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage of Larken Associates, to oversee leasing activity across its nearly 4 million square feet of commercial space, including The Shoppes at Woods Tavern, Gateway Building, Larken Mini Office Warehouse, The Offices at Fairless Hills Towne Center and several others.
“Throughout my career, I’ve embraced opportunities to face new challenges and round out my skillset as a real estate professional,” Livingstone-Martinetti said. “I’m excited to leverage my broker’s license and continue working alongside Rob and Victor to help businesses find their ideal space across our diverse portfolio of commercial properties.”
Prior to her work as commercial leasing agent, Livingstone-Martinetti played a key role on the company’s residential leasing team, serving as the residential lease-up manager for new construction projects in New Jersey, including sites in Bordentown, Lopatcong, Readington and Hillsborough with a combined 915 luxury rentals. Larken noted that the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association named her Leasing Consultant of the Year in 2022 and 2023, recognizing her high volume of closed leases, exceptional professionalism and ability to overcome challenges.
“Susan has quickly become an indispensable part of our commercial leasing team over the past several months,” Marek said. “This latest addition to her extensive resume underscores her diligence, determination and commitment to our team, and I sincerely congratulate her on this impressive milestone.”
