Larken Associates has unveiled a new clubhouse at a 191-unit residential property in Hillsborough, marking the latest piece of a project in its final stages of construction.
Located at 650 Route 206, the firm’s Hillsborough Village Center is 100 percent preleased ahead of a scheduled completion next month, the developer said. The new two-story clubhouse will serve as the focal point for resident amenities, including a lounge with a fireplace, Wi-Fi-enabled workstations, a conference room, a game room and a theater.
Just outside the clubhouse is an outdoor heated pool with a tanning ledge and spa.
“Our Larken Living development platform is built upon a commitment to creating unmatched residential experiences in communities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” said David Gardner, CEO and president of Branchburg-based Larken Associates. “As we celebrate the opening of the clubhouse, we are excited to be one step closer to bringing yet another unique residential community to the market and helping hundreds of people find their home in central New Jersey.”
Hillsborough Village Center, part of Larken’s fast-growing residential portfolio, welcomed its first residents last fall. Other amenities at the site include a gym and fitness center, a playground, a dog park and a pet salon, while the property also has 28,000 square feet of retail space.
