Larken Associates has negotiated a 4,109-square-foot lease renewal with Benchmark Human Services at Branchburg Commons at 3322 Route 22 West in Branchburg.
Benchmark Human Services moved to Branchburg Commons in 2018 to serve the surrounding communities with intellectual and developmental disabilities, according to a news release. Founded in 1960 and headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the operator provides more than 10,000 children and adults nationwide with residential, employment, crisis response, behavioral, recovery, children’s services and day services.
“The unmatched adaptability of Branchburg Commons continues to make it an attractive place to do business for tenants from a diverse array of industries,” said Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “We are thrilled to see Branchburg Commons remain at Benchmark’s northern New Jersey home, and we look forward to continuing our relationship together for years to come.”
Located along Route 22 with access to routes 28, 31, 202 and 206 and interstates 78 and 287, Branchburg Commons is a medical and professional office campus spanning 15 buildings. The complex sits on nine acres and totals 116,526 square feet along with on-site daycare, parking and high-speed internet access.
