Two new tenants have combined to lease more than 2,600 square feet at a sprawling business park in Hillsborough, in a set of transactions announced by Larken Associates.
In the larger deal, Larken said Legacy Moving and Storage LLC is taking 1,500 square feet at its Hillsborough Business Center just off Route 206. The company will use the new location to house both administrative and storage services.
Meantime, Larken said Ampericon Holdings LLC will occupy 1,135 square feet at the 27-building, 596,315-square foot complex. The 15-year-old energy solutions consulting and implementation firm, which also installs of commercial, residential and industrial solar panels, will use the space to support its expansion in the state.

Located along Stryker Lane, Hillsborough Business Center provides quick access to area highways and caters to uses such as research and development, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing and assembly, along with fitness and recreation.
