Larken Associates has negotiated a lease with Speech Therapy Solutions for 1,557 square feet of office space in Hillsborough.
The location, Amwell Mall, is a two-story, 35,398-square-foot property at 450 Amwell Road with a range of flexible retail, office and medical suites renovated in 2015. The practice previously operated from a 1,047-square-foot office at the building but sought to relocate to a larger space to accommodate ongoing growth.

Sitting less than a mile from Route 206, Amwell Mall is also seven miles from the Somerville Circle and nine miles from downtown Princeton.
