Summit Health has signed a renewal at a medical office building in Springfield, where it occupies more than 4,000 square feet under a lease with Larken Associates.
According to the landlord, Summit Health Management LLC has been a tenant at 899 Mountain Ave. since 2013. Its home at the firm’s Echo Executive Center, a three-story, 41,000-square-foot building, provides it with direct access to Route 22 and the adjacent Echo Plaza Shopping Center, which Larken also owns.
Victor Kelly represented ownership, while Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented Summit Health Management in the 4,048-square-foot renewal.

In a news release, Larken noted that the office is among more than 370 Summit Health locations in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and central Oregon, following the 2019 merger of Summit Medical Group and CityMD. The property has surface and covered parking.
