Larken Associates is seeing continued growth across its luxury multifamily portfolio, following a year in which it saw robust leasing activity and progress on key development projects.
The Branchburg-based firm, whose residential platform includes some 3,000 units across 20 properties, said it rented more than 1,100 homes and signed nearly 1,900 renewals in 2025. That helped it close the year with a 95 percent portfolio-wide occupancy rate, as it also marked key milestones such as the completion and lease-up of Monte View at Pohatcong, its 120-unit luxury community in Warren County.
In addition, Larken launched preleasing for its largest residential project to date, the 420-unit Trailside Village property in Forks Township, Pennsylvania. The firm is currently accepting applications for Trailside Village’s mix of one- and two-bedroom garage and garden apartments, with move-ins slated for early this spring.
All told, the developer has grown its Larken Living portfolio by about 40 percent over the past five years with more than 1,100 units developed across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, according to a news release. With the upcoming completion of Trailside Village and another 1,300 apartments in the development pipeline across both states, the firm is eyeing further expansion across the region.
