Larken Associates has promoted veteran industry executive David Iacobucci to chief financial officer, the Branchburg-based firm announced Tuesday.
Iacobucci, who previously served as chief investment officer, brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role. He will look to build on his experience leading Larken’s investment strategy, working closely with CEO and President David Gardner to oversee its overall financial operations.
The firm added that Iacobucci will play a pivotal role in driving continued profitability as well as the growth of its multifamily, office, industrial and retail portfolio.
“Our highly experienced leadership team has always been vital to our success,” Gardner said. “With David assuming the role of CFO, we have positioned ourselves to continue to improve our business while continuing the meaningful work for the communities we operate within. I am thrilled to leverage his expertise as we continue to guide the company forward.”
Iacobucci joined Larken Associates last October after serving as senior investment officer for Bergman Real Estate Group in Woodbridge. He has also served as a senior vice president of Vision Real Estate Partners, managing director of Woodmont Industrial Partners, division manager of The Baker Cos. and vice president of asset management of The Schultz Organization.
