A law practice has renewed its 5,600-square-foot lease at a Voorhees office building, under a newly announced transaction by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm said it represented the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore in the deal at 4 Echelon Plaza in Voorhees, which is owned by Arden Echelon Partners LLC. The practice, which covers employment and disability law, has more than 50 attorneys and paraprofessionals and will continue to benefit from the site’s easy access to public transportation and Interstate 295
“I am pleased to once again help Eric with his commercial real estate needs, a partnership that started and has grown over the last 20 years,” said Adam Rose, president of Rose Commercial Real Estate. “As when the firm first moved into the multi-story office, the building will provide ample space for continued growth in the future.”
