An area law firm has launched a new website seeking to shine a light on its private lender law practice.
Larocca Hornik Rosen & Greenberg, which has an office in Freehold, along with partner Jonathan Hornik, recently debuted the website at www.privatelenderlaw.com. In doing so, the firm is hoping to showcase its legal services focused on the private lending industry, including the capability to close loans within a 24-hour period.
“Private lenders need an experienced partner to advise them on how to provide the best possible execution while meeting their clients’ expectations for service,” Hornik, who chairs the private lender practice group, said in a prepared statement. “Our thorough understanding of both lender and borrower needs provide us with a unique advantage to thoroughly and expertly serve the private lender market.”
The private lender law practice at LHR&G services clients in all 50 states, representing more than 50 lenders nationwide, according to a news release. That encompasses services such as title review, licensing and regulatory review, private placements, co-lender and participation agreements and many other steps in the process.
The firm has helped close more than $2 billion in private lender loans nationwide.
“We built a strong, well-rounded team designed around a private lender’s unique needs, which requires quick, efficient closings across the country,” Hornik said.
Hornik — who also serves as the co-chair of LHR&G’s real estate, real estate finance and lease practicing groups — is a three-term mayor of Marlboro.
“The private lending industry is changing, but there remains immense need for capital, particularly in the real estate sector,” he added. “It’s a space I’ve been working in for years, so I look forward to bringing my expertise to our clients in addition to my legal counsel.”
