A law firm is relocating to a new space in Cherry Hill as part of a recently announced, 9,117-square-foot lease by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm represented the practice, Malamut & Associates, in the transaction at 457 Haddonfield Road. The law firm, which has 17 attorneys and an overall headcount of 34, is leasing the space from Baruch Cherry Hill LLC.
Rose Commercial President Adam Rose completed the transaction.
Malamut & Associates, which also has offices in Princeton and Hoboken, practices in areas such as government and regulatory law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law. Rose said its new space will provide it with room to expand after the firm had outgrown its previous office in the region.
