A faith-based service organization has taken 7,500 square feet of office space in Burlington, under a newly completed transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The firm announced that Friday that it had completed the lease with Catholic Charities on behalf of H & W Holding LLC, the landlord at 460 Veterans Drive. Located within a 63,400-square-foot office and flex property, the new space provides the organization with a location near the Burlington-Bristol Bridge, Route 130, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
WCRE Senior Associate John Mozzillo completed the transaction, noting that 460 Veterans Drive is also surrounded by a host of retail, banks and restaurants.
Catholic Charities aims to provide service to people in need, to advocate for justice in social structures and to call the entire church and other people of good will to do the same, according to a news release.
