A new cannabis dispensary is coming to Hudson County after a lease in Jersey City’s Heights section, in one of several recent deals by Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services.
According to a news release, the unnamed operator will occupy 2,408 square feet at 3662 Kennedy Blvd., offering a range of products and services with a modern and inviting interior while maintaining full compliance with state regulations. Zoltek CRES’ Anjelica McCann and Urszula Zoltek represented both parties.
“It was a pleasure to be part of this exciting project,” the Zoltek team said in a joint statement. “We’re confident this new dispensary will become a standout destination in Jersey City’s rapidly expanding cannabis market.”
In Ocean Grove, ice cream brand Bellalicious is set to open its third location on Main Avenue in the heart of downtown, the news release said. The business, known for its trendy vibe and wide selection, is leasing around 502 square feet.
“This store will surely be a great addition to Main Avenue in downtown Ocean Grove,” said Zoltek’s Matt Ardizzone, who represented Bellalicious.
In West New York, Zoltek CRES negotiated an 1,800-square-foot lease for a new nail supply store at 5614 Bergenline Ave., the news release said. The tenant, represented by McCann, will offer retail and wholesale distribution high-traffic location, which is part of an area known as a beauty and wellness hub.
“This location was a perfect match for my client,” McCann said. “We’re proud to support local business growth in West New York.”
