A developer is welcoming its first residents to a collection of 148 luxury apartments in downtown Jersey City.
The 14-story property, known as DVORA 175, is now open for leasing at 175 Second St. Floorplans range from one to three bedrooms with upscale designs, with opening monthly rents starting at $2,995 with an initial offer of up to three free months available.
Occupancy is slated for this month.
In a news release, the building’s management team touted a mix of amenities that includes an emphasis on outdoor space. DVORA’s rooftop offers a pool, private cabanas, grilling areas, outdoor showers and green space, while the property also features a wellness and fitness center and an upper deck mezzanine level that is suited for co-working.
Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, the building includes a street-level café lounge with indoor and outdoor seating. The news release also noted that DVORA features a custom-built app, allowing residents to unlock their keyless-entry doors and reserve times in the building’s amenity spaces and a hotel-style refresh of their apartment.
The app also provides access to a slate of virtual and in-person events, while allowing residents to redeem perks from neighborhood vendors and communicate with management.
Other features include a back-of-house package delivery on-site parking with direct access to the building and electric vehicle charging stations, the news release said. The complex sits within Jersey City’s vibrant commercial downtown and is minutes from mass transit options such as the PATH and ferry service.
