The Silverman Group has tapped Lee & Associates New Jersey to market space at a two-building, 122,000-square-foot office complex in Morristown.
Located at 161 and 163 Madison Ave., the property includes recently updated amenity and common spaces in a location that is about a half-mile east of Interstate 287 and minutes from mass transit and the central business district. Lee & Associates New Jersey is now seeking tenants for a combined 18,819 square feet at the latter building, with Suzanne Kiall and Doug Rowe leading the assignment.
“We are thrilled to represent and work on behalf of the Silverman Group and to market these state-of-the-art commercial spaces,” said Kiall, a director and managing broker with the firm.
In a news release, the brokerage team detailed amenities including a high-end grab-and-go café, a fitness room, a conferencing center, on-site banking, outdoor seating and ample parking.
