A religious organization has purchased a 2,650-square-foot office building in Fair Lawn, in one of two newly announced deals by Lee & Associates New Jersey.
According to the brokerage firm, Anshei Lubavitch Outreach Center paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 11-18 Saddle River Road. Lee & Associates New Jersey’s Josh Krantz represented both the buyer and the seller, 11-18 Saddle River Realty LLC, in the deal about a mile north of Route 208.
He also arranged a five-year, 1,246-square-foot lease at Valley Plaza, a shopping center at 175 Broad Ave. in Fairview, between Vail Development LLC and State Farm Insurance. Krantz represented both the tenant and the landlord.
