A broker with Lee & Associates New Jersey is now a partner, making him the youngest agent to ascend to the position with the firm.
In his new role, Drew Maffey will continue to assist tenants and landlords in purchasing, selling and leasing industrial properties. He is based in Lee & Associates New Jersey’s Elmwood Park headquarters, the firm said, touting him as a top-tier producer and mentor to many young brokers.
Maffey, who started with the firm in 2017, has executed deals throughout New Jersey, as well as in California, Georgia and Ontario, Canada.
“Drew’s motivation, persistence and drive continues to inspire our team and has earned him this promotion,” said Jason Lynch, a principal with Lee & Associates New Jersey. “It is an honor to name Drew to be the youngest broker promoted to partner and we look forward to watching him grow as a major influencer in our region and thought leader across the industrial industry.”
Maffey began his career at Lee & Associates as a real estate sales associate in the industrial real estate market, specifically for Union and Middlesex counties, the firm said. He was promoted to assistant vice president in fall 2019.
