Lee & Associates New Jersey has promoted a member of its brokerage team, the real estate services firm announced Thursday.

Jerry Joseph, assistant vice president, earns the new title some five years after joining the firm. In his latest role, he will continue to work with developers, investors and local business operators throughout New Jersey to service their needs in capital markets, investment sales and leasing.
“Jerry Joseph is a pivotal member of our team and we greatly admire his motivation, tenacity and diligence,” said Jason Lynch, a principal of Lee & Associates New Jersey. “He continues to have an innate ability to build trust with his clients and always ensure that the client’s goals are met. His success is attributed to his relationships and trust with his clients and his uncompromised integrity. I have enjoyed watching him grow on the team throughout the last five years.”
An expert in the east Essex County and Hudson County submarkets, Joseph has completed several significant transactions recently, including:
- The procurement of a $12.5 million construction loan on behalf of private developer Kimble Wright for The Legacy at 751 Vose Ave. in Orange. The loan from Parkview Financial supported the ground-up construction of the new five-story, 51-unit residential project.
- The sale of 275 Sussex Ave. in Newark on behalf of World Impact Inc. The 120,153-square-foot, four-story school building on 1.83 acres changed hands for $5.5 million.
Joseph began his career at Lee & Associates in 2016 as an investment sales associate, according to a news release. In that role, he developed the skills to underwrite, structure capital stacks and strategically put together deals.
The firm added that Joseph grew up in Elizabeth and attended Bloomfield College, where he studied business management. He has been a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plainfield and Middlesex County, while serving as a volunteer coach for a local youth football league.
