A psychology practice has leased 5,600 square feet of office space in Bridgewater, in a newly announced transaction by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
According to the brokerage firm, the Center for Psychological Treatment and Assessment is taking space at Bridgewater Plaza I at 250 Route 28. Its new location is just west of Route 22, part of a two-building complex with a combined 64,000 square feet.
NAI DiLeo-Bram’s Marc Shein represented both parties.
“The tenant was seeking a first-floor location, that allowed easy access for their clients into the space,” said Shein, a senior vice president with the Piscataway-based firm, noting that the tenant provides services for adults with autism. “We have a long-term relationship with the owner of the complex and they always do their best to accommodate the needs of existing and new tenants.”
In a news release, the brokerage noted that Bridgewater Plaza provides easy access to other area highways and nearby amenities. Buildings I and II comprise 24,000 and 39,000 square feet, respectively, while both buildings feature ample parking.
