Leica Camera Inc. has signed a long-term lease to bring its North American headquarters to Glenpointe, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ flagship business campus in Teaneck.
Previously based in Allendale, the tenant is taking 12,274 square feet at Glenpointe Centre West, the largest of the three office buildings at the 670,000-square-foot complex. The space at 500 Frank W. Blvd. will include executive offices as well as a camera display showroom and equipment repair facility.
Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented Sanzari in the transaction. Mark Zaziski and Marc Trevisan of Cushman & Wakefield represented Leica Camera.

Founded in 1869, Leica Camera is an international, premium manufacturer of cameras and sports optics dedicated to the advancement of photography. Its employees at the new site will have access to several amenities including the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels, casual and fine dining options, an on-site full-service Starbucks, abundant covered parking and 24/7 security.
