A retail industry veteran of more than 15 years has joined Levin Management Corp. as a senior leasing representative, the North Plainfield-based firm announced.
In the new role, Andrea Kyriacou is responsible for leasing and marketing efforts at three New Jersey properties within the firm’s shopping center portfolio: Hartford Corners in Delran, Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township and Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly, Levin said in a news release. The Haworth resident joins LMC after serving as vice president of leasing for Zamias Services Inc., a national property management and development company, where she oversaw the firm’s largest client’s portfolio.
“My previous job involved working with a national portfolio of properties,” Kyriacou said in a prepared statement. “The opportunity to join LMC is particularly exciting because it brings my focus back to the Northeast marketplace and will allow me to be very hands-on, with both clients and tenants at the centers I lease. I look forward to contributing to LMC’s continued progress and success.”
Previously, the 17-year industry veteran was director of leasing and lease administration for Lerner Properties, where she managed the marketing and leasing of 2 million square feet of retail space, the news release said. Kyriacou, previously known as Andrea Constantine, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
She now joins a firm whose portfolio includes some 95 properties and more than 13 million square feet.
“We are pleased to welcome Andrea to our growing leasing team,” said Matthew K. Harding, LMC’s president. “Her deep marketplace familiarity, strong retailer relationships and extensive experience in all facets of leasing, marketing and construction bring a range of important skills to LMC. I am confident she will be a tremendous asset to our company and clients.”
