Levin Management Corp. has hired Hayley Yurowitz as a marketing specialist, bolstering the team supporting its strong growth and transaction volume.
According to a news release, Yurowitz comes to the role with expertise in all facets of brand development, visual storytelling and strategic content creation. At North Plainfield-based LMC, she is working alongside Vice President of Marketing Melissa Sievwright with responsibilities including supporting corporate and property-level marketing initiatives, event coordination, social media and content management, email marketing, graphic design and digital advertising.
“Levin is a well-respected organization with a strong foothold in the commercial real estate industry,” Yurowitz said. “I look forward to helping build on that foundation by applying my experience in brand storytelling and strategic marketing to support the firm’s properties, tenants and clients. I’m excited to come on board with this dynamic organization and contribute to its ongoing success.”
Prior to joining LMC, Yurowitz was a marketing assistant at Urban Edge Properties, where she contributed to upholding and enhancing the company’s brand identity and helped to ensure consistency across all communication channels, the news release said. The Little Falls resident holds a bachelor’s in communication from University at Albany, SUNY, and a master’s degree in communication and media studies from Rutgers University.
“Along with direct and proven commercial real estate experience, Hayley brings great enthusiasm, creativity and a strong work ethic to our team,” Sievwright said. “Her fresh perspective and collaborative mindset have already brought a new level of momentum to the department, and we are confident her contributions will continue to support our marketing strategies in new and exciting ways.”
LMC’s marketing department plays a critical role in positioning the firm and its leadership as authorities in the commercial real estate industry and supporting the company’s leasing and property management efforts, the news release said. The team’s collaborative process is tailored to specific property and client needs, incorporating the production of print and digital materials, social media campaigns and public relations initiatives to help raise brand awareness and get leasing deals done.
The department addition comes at a time of continued growth for LMC, which supports a diversified, retail-focused portfolio of 125 properties totaling more than 16 million square feet in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The firm achieved near-record leasing activity in 2024, completing more than 1 million square feet in transactions.
