Levin Management Corp. has elevated Denise Ciaravino to director of operations, citing her leadership and longstanding contributions to the firm’s property management department.
Based in North Plainfield, the company said Ciaravino joined its team as a property manager in 2006 and steadily rose through the ranks, most recently serving as a portfolio manager. Her new promotion is her second in four years.
“Denise is a true asset to the property management team, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved appointment,” said Erika Morasco, LMC’s vice president of property management. “Her leadership, hard work and many years of experience have been instrumental to our company’s success. She is also a mentor to the entire property management team, helping to support and guide others in their professional growth. We are thrilled to see her step into this new role and know she will continue to deliver outstanding results.”
As director of operations, Ciaravino is monitoring and augmenting LMC’s property management operational procedures to increase efficiency and ensure compliance with both industry regulations and LMC quality standards, according to a news release. Additionally, the Middletown resident is managing the firm’s property managers’ day-to-day activities, including initial and ongoing training, and overseeing property inspections.
“We strongly believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance, and always take great pride in promoting from within,” CEO Matthew K. Harding said. “Denise is a great example of the high-caliber professionals who are upholding Levin’s legacy of outstanding service to landlords and tenants.”
Ciaravino holds a bachelor’s in management science from Kean University and maintains a Real Property Administrator designation. She has also been an active member of the Building Owners & Managers Association of New Jersey since 2004 and was honored in 2023 with the organization’s Retail Property Management Professional award, which recognizes commercial real estate professionals who have demonstrated exceptional standards and commitment to their work and dedication to advancing the industry.
“I am very excited and honored to take on this new role,” Ciaravino said. “I look forward to working alongside Levin’s dedicated property management team to streamline processes, ensure efficiency, and continue providing the highest quality of service to our clients and tenants.”
