An auto dealership has renewed its 62,400-square-foot lease at a Bridgewater business park, under a newly announced transaction by Transwestern Real Estate Services.
Brokers with the firm represented Terreno Realty Corp., the landlord at 1EB and 1EA Chimney Rock Road, in the lease with Lexus of Bridgewater. The units are part of what’s known as Middlebrook Crossroads, an 18-building industrial warehouse and flex manufacturing complex between Route 22 and Interstate 287.
“New Jersey remains an industrial hotspot, and we’re seeing continued interest from users for well-located and maintained properties,” said Jeffrey Furey, a managing director with Transwestern. “Middlebrook Crossroads, one of the first planned industrial parks in the country, is a prime example showing the tremendous strength of a versatile property with access to highways and nearby amenities.”
Furey brokered the deal alongside Managing Director Lori Zuck and Associate Matt McHale. They noted that Middlebrook Crossroads, which is 89 percent occupied, features upgraded roofing, signage and landscaping, with tenants ranging from food services to light manufacturing and recreation, including a CrossFit franchise and a basketball center.
