Lincoln Equities Group has secured five new tenants at Princeton Forrestal Village after nearly 16,000 square feet in recent leasing activity at the mixed-use campus in Plainsboro.
The real estate firm, the longtime owner of the 550,000-square-foot property along Route 1, said the activity includes deals of 4,200 square feet by BPJ Holding Corp. and 2,060 square feet by Bayada Home Health Care, both at 116 Village Blvd. Anasen Health took 4,700 square feet at 120 Main St., while Pulte Homes will open a 2,800-square-foot design center at 107 Main St.
In the fifth deal, Use Ready leased 1,881 square feet at 155 Village Blvd., the landlord said.
“We’re seeing strong demand from both new and existing tenants who recognize the unique value Princeton Forrestal Village offers,” said Lance Bergstein, CEO of Lincoln Equities Group. “The campus continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants thanks to its prime location and flexible space options — making it an ideal environment for companies looking to grow or establish a presence in central New Jersey.”
LEG added that Princeton Forrestal Village has seen multiple lease renewals from existing tenants like Regus, Surgical Center, Atyeti, Touch Associates and others, totaling more than 50,000 square feet. The leasing momentum follows a series of recent capital improvements aimed at enhancing the tenant experience, including a major renovation of the property’s food court and a new conference and training room.
Comprised of eight buildings on 52 acres, Princeton Forrestal Village is home to the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village and three full-service restaurants. Additional amenities include several outdoor terraces, a landscaped courtyard and on-site childcare at Harmony School.
