Newmark Associates has bolstered its team with the addition of Arthur Linfante, a seasoned consultant with vast experience in commercial real estate valuation and advisory.

The firm, which is based in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, noted that Linfante has been a principal with Integra Realty Resources since 1998 and remains there in his role as managing director and partner at the firm’s northern New Jersey office. He has nearly four decades of commercial real estate industry experience and expertise spanning the office, industrial, retail and multifamily sectors, among others, and in evaluating complex properties such as development and redevelopment sites, institutional and corporate-grade facilities, special-purpose properties, full-service hotels, marine terminals and research laboratories.
Newmark Associates also cited Linfante’s role in handling complex litigation and corporate matters on behalf of corporate clients and major municipalities in northern New Jersey.
“We are thrilled to welcome Arthur Linfante to our team,” said Susanne Newmark, president of Newmark Associates. “His deep expertise in real estate and commitment to urban revitalization align perfectly with our firm’s mission to provide innovative and strategic solutions to our clients. Arthur’s addition strengthens our ability to offer unparalleled service and insights to our clients, further solidifying our position as industry leaders.”
While Linfante has affiliated his individual salesperson license with Newmark Associates in accordance with New Jersey licensing law, there is no change in his employment, role or responsibilities with Integra Realty Resources, according to the firms. He remains focused on leading and expanding IRR’s valuation practice across New Jersey, while all valuation and consulting work continues to be performed exclusively through that company.
As a trial consultant, Linfante has worked with many of the state’s largest law firms, providing insights on partnership disputes, real estate taxation and eminent domain cases, according to a news release. His focus in recent years has been on urban revitalization and redevelopment, serving as a financial adviser for developers and municipalities while conducting fiscal impact studies and negotiating payment in lieu of taxes agreements.
Linfante also contributes to the academic and professional development of others as a certified instructor for the Appraisal Institute, an adjunct professor at Rutgers University and a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, the news release said.
